    Coaching is a natural extension of my career in Talent Acquisition and leadership.

    Over many years, I’ve supported individuals navigating career transitions, leadership change, relocation, and moments where
    perspective and judgment are critical.

    Having lived and worked across diverse regional environments - the UK and the Middle East, I understand first-hand the cultural transitions I now coach others through.

    When I moved to the Middle East, I experienced what it means to navigate unfamiliar workplace dynamics. I made mistakes. I learned. I adapted. And eventually, I thrived - building the cultural fluency that now informs my coaching.
